General Terms and Conditions

1. General

All online trades with Bernd Pröschold are effected exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions of Trade.


2. Offer

All offers from Bernd Pröschold on www.sternstunden.net are without obligation and subject to change. The contract becomes valid upon completion of the order process and the order execution of the order by Bernd Pröschold.


3. Prices and payment terms

The prices and payment methods quoted on www.sternstunden.net at the time of order are binding.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated additionally. Additional costs arising from the payment method (e.g. credit card fees for foreign payments) are paid by the buyer.


4. Delivery time

Delivery time can take up to one week for deliveries within Germany and up to two weeks for deliveries to foreign countries. Bernd Pröschold is allowed to waive the agreement if the delivery fails due to reasons he is not responsible for.


5. Sale or return

According to § 312d IV BGB unsealed audio and video media are excluded from the right to return.


6. Privacy

Customer data are collected for our business purposes only and will not be disclosed to any third party.


7. Venue

Place of jurisdiction shall be Cologne, Germany. Any litigation shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

9. Separability clause

Any invalidity, in whole or in part, of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity of any other of its provisions.
